Taylor McKay
Taylor is a fully qualified personal trainer with a special interest in sports and athletic performance, playing several sports in herself including Baseball and Boxing at a competitive level.
Taylor runs our popular Boxing and Bootcamp classes at Rock Solid, and is a results driven coach in all aspects of her personal training.

Josh Adey
Josh is a fully qualified personal trainer offering bespoke training for strength and muscle growth, weight loss, general fitness and lifestyle and sports training. In his free time.

Damian Mills
Damian is a fully qualified personal trainer with over 7 years experience. He has been involved in sport for the majority of his life, and has successfully competed in both State and National level bodybuilding competitions. He's passionate about helping clients reach their potential in fitness by providing sound training and nutritional advice.
